Here together we go on a journey to discover & discuss any concerns relating to both your personal and work life balance, emotions, relationships, health and deep rooted feelings.

Each week I take you forward with support and guidance to unravel those beliefs, blocks, that are stuck in your conscious mind and physical body.

Spirituality/Clarity Coaching

Spirituality means different things to different people, however, part of the inner healing work comes from addressing current blocks, belief systems, the effect on your emotions, thoughts and physical well being. With the help of my spiritual guides I have been working with for many years we can help you during this hour or so to help you connect, find clarity and a way and guidance for you to move forward.

Vibrational Healing Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy can be a very insightful, relaxing and awaking therapy. Understanding where your beliefs and emotional triggers have arisen from is very powerful. Sometimes we carry beliefs and traumas from past lives as well. The whole process is a journey of self discovery and understanding. Vibrational Light Hypnotherapy works on reconnecting you to your own inner being, and source which is the one energy in which all life comes from.

Distortion and blocks create more struggle and confusion but with guided hypnotherapy and spiritual healing you can reconnect once more with clairty.

THESE SESSION ARE HELD ON ZOOM OR IN PERSON WHEN PERMITTED. MOST CLIENTS PREFER EVERY OTHER WEEK TO HAVE TIME TO USE THE TOOLS GIVEN. THIS IS NOT ESSENTIAL AND COMPLETELY UP TO YOU.

33 Day Integrated Package

Spirituality/Clarity

For those that are ready to jump right into and discover their own vibrational magic for themselves or business and want to once and for all get going creating, connecting and releasing blocks and stuck energy then these transformative packages are for you.

Each package is personally designed to give you the maximum healing, clarity, and powerful tools to break through and heal any blocks or beliefs that are practically, energetically and physically holding you back.

We identify what those are. This packages combine a number of my unique tools and applied as needed. During our time together I also connect with my own guides to give you an added insight.

Prior to the start of the package, you will receive downloads from my exclusive workbook, guided relaxing tape, and then we go from there.

This session you get 90 mins plus of spiritual connection with my guide to help you combine identify not only your inner feelings, issues, but I scan your energetic body, as here we hold past traumas, parent wounds, and other life experiences. Every client is different and other therapy modalities may be included in this session such as deep relaxed subconscious state.

From this perspective with spiritual guidance I help you find clarity to move forward. We finish with healing and balancing of your chakras. We may run over the 90 mins as my guides don't have a time clock! lol!

There is no extra charge if this occurs. As it is my intention for you to get the most out of our Spiritual Clarity session.

Vibrational Light Hypnotherapy

This session is 2 hours + approx long. This is a very powerful method of communicating with our subconscious and super subconscious mind also on a vibrational guided level.

It is in this wonderful relaxed state that the mind will bring up those issues that are unresolved. You do not relive those issues, but review them to allow the healing steps I guide you through to understand, and let go.

Aside from addressing what comes up and the tools I use to help you feel release and freedom from them, I also apply in some cases, breaking of the energetic cords and releasing trauma and stuck energy from the physical body.

This session is an awakening of the inner being, that is your authentic self to give you the release and clarity needed.

In person guided healing is included.

When you call to schedule your session at this point we will identify what you are hoping to achieve, as its different for everyone.

A pre guided relaxation recording will be sent for you to listen to prior to the session.
