Beginners Painting Techniques

Service Description

​ In this workshop, spend some hands on time with Cheryl learning all you need to know to help you get started using Annie Sloan Chalk Paint and its flexibility to create several looks for your furniture and home projects. ​You will have fun in this workshop and leave with the knowledge of how to transform tired and outdated furniture pieces and techniques. ​This beginner is 2-3 hour workshop you will learn several different painting techniques and finishes. Two Colour distress finish, smooth or modern finish, texture and rustic finish, how to do a colour wash, paint layering, waxes and gilding wax application.  This is a great start if you have not painted before and useful for experience furniture painters wanting to brush up on skills with Annie Sloan Chalk Paint. All paints and waxes provided, Tea, Coffee and Cake. Just bring yourself. ​Contact us to discuss your requirements and dates available. If you need to change within 7 days or less before the course - no refund. If you need to cancel the booking, you can do so up until 21 days before the course for a full refund. If you need to cancel the booking 14 days before the course you will receive a refund if we can resell the place. If you need to cancel within 14 days - no refund.
