Reiki ​ Reiki is a gentle but powerful energy healing method which is practised by channelling energy through to my clients via hands both on and off in a series of positions and guided movement on or just above your body. Reiki promotes healing by activating a deep relaxation response which enables ki energy – life force - energy to flow into your body, this balances and heals your energy physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
